My name is Monica, and I am from Romania. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Seren Klinik in Istanbul for the exceptional care and professionalism I received. Before coming to the clinic, I was very nervous because I have a fear of needles and dental procedures. However, from the moment I arrived, every member of the team made me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. They were incredibly kind, patient, calm, and understanding. They know exactly how to talk to patients, how to ease anxiety, and how to provide reassurance when it is needed most. My treatment was extensive and included 12 dental implants, alveoloplasty, and bone grafting. Because of my anxiety, I requested anesthesia, and the entire process was handled perfectly. The doctors and medical staff demonstrated an outstanding level of expertise and professionalism, giving me complete confidence throughout my treatment. What amazes me most is how well I have recovered. I feel great, I have experienced very little discomfort, and I had almost no swelling or bruising after such a major procedure. This is a true reflection of the skill, precision, and experience of the medical team. I would also like to give special thanks to Xenia, Ionuț, and the entire reception and coordination team. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The transportation service between the hotel and the clinic was excellent, punctual, and comfortable, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and stress-free. Seren Klinik is much more than a dental clinic—it is a place where patients are treated with respect, compassion, and genuine care. Every person I met contributed to making this experience a positive one, and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you to everyone at Seren Klinik for your kindness, dedication, and outstanding work. I am extremely happy with my experience during these two days in Istanbul, and I cannot wait to return in three months for the final stage of my dental transformation. So I got my teeth done here 1 year ago. All the staff friendly. I recommend that you take a friend with you as the days are long. I broke one of my crowns earlier in the year and came back and had 2 fixed for no extra cost. These guys stand by their obligation to take care of you and to honour the guarantee. Lenns is a great guy and really helped my achieve my “perfect” smile The transport to and from the airport is luxury for extra comfort

I came to the seren klinic to get me teeth done. I have had a very good experience. The doctor was amazing. Hardly any pain when the injections started and no pain when the shaving process started. They check on you many times to see if you are happy. I’m very happy with the results and I have recommended them to a very good friend of mine. 10/10.
